   This large vertical kiln designed on the basis of engineering know-how and experience of CHISAKI Lime Kilns

      It is possible to calcine small-sized limestone which has been difficult to calcine in conventional vertical kilns, as with the CHISAKI Lime Kiln.

      It can also calcine medium-sized limestone, accommodating a wide range of particle sizes.

   Uniform contact between limestone and through-flow combustion gas
   In the upper calcination zone, the uniform movement of limestone, achieved by the two-level horizontal pushers, ensures even contact and heat transfer between limestone and the through-flow combustion gas.

   As kiln has large combustion room, combustion is made complete and exhaust gas is clean.
   With multiple burners arranged evenly, stable and consistent lime calcination is ensured.
4. 4.
   The pressure drop is low there. Therefore, power consumption of exhaust blower is low.
5. 5.
   In the lower calcination zone, part of the hot combustion gas is recirculated by a Hot circulation blower, achieving stable lime calcination with consistent quality.
