   Small-sized limestone, soft limestone and even sea shell can be duly calcined by this kiln even thought these materials are usually difficult to calcine by conventional vertical kiln.
   This kiln has world top share as a small-sized limestone calcining vertical lime kiln.

   Small and compact Kiln

      Construction cost is low (Cost of limestone transportation equipment is also low.)

      Heat loss is small (high thermal efficiency)
      Even at small capacity such as 10 – 100ton.CaO/day, its thermal efficiency is high.

      Low pressure loss in the limekiln and thus, power consumption of blower is low.

      Maintenance cost is low and period for refractory repair is also short.

      Retention time is short and thus it is easy to adjust capacity and quality. (Soft burn, hard burn)

      Occurrence of dust (powder) even with soft limestone is low. (High product yield)

   Structure is simple and operation and maintenance is easy. There is only one burner which is set at the kiln lid. (Easy operation)

   As kiln body rotates horizontally, it makes accumulation of limestone, circulation of gas, temperature distribution uniform and thus, it enables uniform calcination.

   As kiln has large combustion room, combustion is made complete and exhaust gas is clean.
   Therefore, its design contributes to low burden environmentally.

   It is possible to calcine limestone which is high quality and has high value.

   Limestone calcination can be visually checked via sight hole on the kiln body. (The latest one is to be monitored constantly by camera for the calcination zone.)
